This is total bunk. Looking at a plasma tv is like watching a video through a glass window as opposed to an LCD where the video image appears to be on the surface of the display rather than being projected somewhere behind it like in plasma. I can't believe anyone would subject themselves to the horrible picture of a plasma since it isn't 2003 anymore.
