The son being molested was under age 12.
I understand minors around the same age engaging in curious behavior with each other but an 18 year old with a child under 12 is clearly not that
The kid is lucky the Dad found out at this stage of abuse. The Dad is smart for not murdering the guy, it would have made things a lot worse. Kicking his ass, having him jailed & nationaly publicly humiliating him, with no charges filed against the father, great outcome
