JMM, sarcasm should be subtle and pointed, not heavy handed and repetitive.
And are you licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and are you familiar with the cases regarding zoning and adult businesses here? If you're not, why are you showing your ignorance? My comments are based on my research and my discussions with lawyers who practice here.
Regarding the children, that's the one area I agree with everyone. I do NOT permit any children on my property and the house is set so far back that the only way anyone can find out what is going on is to jump a fence and be on the property. I do not want children exposed to what we do here, this is for adults only.
That being said, what I do in the privacy of my home is my business so long as it doesn't have an impact on my neighbors. And unless they have x-ray vision or are tresspassing they can't know what I'm doing. I'm sure my neighbors do things I don't agree with, but I don't care as long as they don't expose me to their personal life.
