I figured it was a thought on your end also. I still wonder when someone posts a live link to a pirate site if it is just a thoughtless act or there is actual intent.

In General,

With the shear number of sites like this online IP enforcement and mitigation takes a considerable amount of time. We do our best to serve our clients best interests and if it helps others in the process it is a bonus. While we all can not be our brothers keepers it does the community in general a great service when we action a site.

The current laws protecting IP owners and rights holders does very little to protect anything. If you are a rights holder or IP owner let your elected officials know you are not satisfied with the current protections the laws afford you. Let them know that companies profiting from piracy know how to use the current take down systems and Safe Harbor protections to their advantage while continuing to infringe on the rights holders and IP owners works.

We continue to develop new methodology and action plans to curtail the actions of individuals and groups infringing upon others works. We believe the individuals behind infringing sites should be targeted until they cease pirate operations.
