I didn't blame Obama for the bad law, I said his plan is based on the bad law. I don't disagree with the rest re: congress but this shit is not mutually exclusive, i.e., it's not congress or Obama, it's congress and Obama. Spending billions to pay to keep those people here when we can just simply send them back? come on, it's not crockett science.
