So... here's a question: how can you guys afford to raise payouts when everyone else is dropping? Of course you have different business models, but they're very similar.

I see a couple different ways this can happen:
1) you're going to fuck someone over somewhere. Be it the webmaster or surfer, someone is getting fucked. Extra hidden charges, major shaving, or any other flavor of the day...
2) every other sponsor is dropping their payouts only to take advantage of a very timely Visa ruling. Visa makes new rules. Webmasters get scared and expect a drop. Sponsors can make a drop because webmasters expect it.
