As a matter of fact, we do allow animated banners, only we do not allow them on all spots.
The following list allows animated ads:

- Pornhub in player (on video pause or video end) (2 seconds frame rate)
- Redtube footer squares
- Redtube video A (3 seconds frame rate)
- Redtube video B (3 seconds frame rate)
- Redtube in player (2 seconds frame rate)

- Youporn in player (2 seconds frame rate)

- Pornhub top right square
- Redtube top right square
- Youporn top right square

- Redtube footer
- Youporn footer
