I still rate Richard Nixon as the worst US President of post WWII. He killed, by placing in jeopardy needlessly, to fight the "commie" enemy, over 30,000 US soldiers (mainly draftees of my generation) while negotiating a truce of "Peace with Dignity", Nixon's biggest lie.

Let's rate the worst do nothing or do something stupid Congress. Or, the worst US Supreme Court. Then there is a real contest and opportunity to do some serious mudslinging.
