Gigacash won't lower payouts, still $42
Just got an email from them. They will stick with $42 because their chargeback ratios have always been lower than 1%.
Time to change sponsors, I will drop all sponsors which can't handle their chargebacks and reduce webmaster commissions from $35 to $25.
