Let me take the opportunity to restructure our previous answer to your question regarding being Google compliant.
No, with this feature, the App generated will not be found in the Google Play Store, like any other adult app.
Also, we suggest you to check out as an example with an Android device the website
http://mobile.megasesso.com.
There you will be able to see the installation notice on the top of the page.
This way you can also check after installing the App that the design matches the website of the affiliate.
