In that case, I'd say that their point they are trying to make, is a non-point. No one is losing their personal choice. You can buy 4 Cyl or 8 Cyl cars, or electric, or whatever. You can't beat a Ford or Dodge 8 Cyl Pickup truck for power - even I know that. And muscle cars will never go away, nor should they. No one says don't buy Gas cars. What is being said is simply is that there are alternatives out there for people who want to save money and pollute less.

You're still missing the point, that's obvious because instead of even acknowledging their point (crucial step in altering behavior, meeting in the middle, finding solutions, resolving issues, etc, et al.), you simply keep talking your's.
Again, you show you don't want to curb pollution, you want to finger-point and argue while acting elitist for having a green attitude while driving a brand-new car that just dumped 20 tons of pollution onto the planet just to be manufactured.
