Brad, I find this thread very interesting.

When will SICCash be lowering payouts and making changes?
SICCash is also using practices such as two pre-checked cross-sells on the join form, payouts of $20-$30 on "free" signups and $30-$45 on trial signups - surely you will be one of the programs making changes as well?
But you've made no mention so far that you will also have to make these changes.

Let's see - Who Wants to Fuck A Billionaire, join form
[pre-checked] Click here to signup for a 4 day NO CHARGE Membership to Broadband XXX Movies - Four Day Trial Membership. After 4 days, Membership renews automatically at $37.97 every 1 month.
[pre-checked] Click here to signup for a 5 day NO CHARGE Membership to Milf Seeker - Five Day Trial Membership. After 5 days, Membership renews automatically at $39.95 every 1 month.

Shouldn't that be "Click here to NOT signup"? As it's already clicked and they're already signing up by default?

And here's the Broadband XXX FREE join form
[pre-checked] Click here to signup for a 3 day NO CHARGE Membership to Adult Movie Network - No Charge Three Day Trial Membership. After 3 days, Membership renews automatically at $39.95 every 1 month.
[pre-checked] Click here to signup for a 5 day NO CHARGE Membership to Live Show - Five Day Trial Membership. After 5 days, Membership renews automatically at $39.61 every 1 month.

Same thing, and nowhere on this page does it state that this 3-day free trial must be cancelled within TWO days or the surfer is going to get charged for $39.95.

Let's do the match.
Dumb surfer Joe Blow sees all of this FREE ACCESS plastered all over your site and signs up. Anxious to get to the content, he types in his info, skips past the tiny little text links that lead to the full disclosure on a different page, and gets into the site.
48 hours into his 72-hour "free" trial, he is charged with $39.95.
After 72 hours he gets billed for his first "free" pre-checked cross-sell for $39.95.
After 120 hours he gets billed for his second "free" pre-checked cross-sell for $39.61.

That's a total of $119.51 for a FREE pass.

But wait - the join form's pre-checked options say that the surfer is signing up for a free trial, and after 3 or 5 days (respectively) he'll be charged. Yet your terms of service - on another page of course, not this one - state that trial memberships must be cancelled at least one full day before the trial membership ends.
So which is it? Will the surfer be charged after 3/5 days for these additional cross-sells as it's stated on the join form, or will he really be charged after 2/4 days as it's stated on the terms of service page?
