I have a couple of thoughts on that sentence:
1. You can't "flood" people with something they don't want.
2. What "CHEAP" drugs? lol Shit is expensive these days! When I was in high school an ounce of good "Colombian Gold" pot was $20. And cocaine? Idiots are selling an 8 ball (which should be $150) for $400 and more these days.
It would be nice if we were flooded with "cheap" drugs. But I haven't seen any. lol
