Actually as scary as Ebola is, it likely wouldn't cause a uncontainable outbreak in any modern country. It's not transmitted by air, only by body fluids. Most modern countries are capable of dealing with it.
Places like Africa have problem with it due to them living in unsanitary conditions. Farm animals in direct contact with people in villages and the cultural things like the families bathing the bodies of those whom died. It coming to the US or most of Europe wouldn't be an issue but, some of the poorer Asian countries or even China would have problems, probably South America too as many people there live in close contact with farm animals and so on.
The real problem is, the more people it infects, the more chances it has to mutate and become more contagious.
