I've had it about a year and a bit, its saved me about 30% on my electric bill every month. They send out neat monthly reports. Its definitely not something for the conspiracy/big brother nuts.
Right now mine has crashed somehow and its impossible to reboot or login to heh. I know if I call they will sort me out, but its still functional.
