I never one time called it a dump, where I live it would be a very nice house as I am sure it is as it sits and where it sits - I am just saying that it wouldn't cost near that much where I live.
And I don't live in some 3rd world country - not sure where you get all of your information - I live in hick town, but not 3rd world.
