Trello looks cool, just need something a little more simple, lightweight, preferably free that I can add tasks like so:

module1 -> sub task, sub task, sub task
module2 -> sub task, sub task, sub task
module3 -> sub task, sub task, sub task

and quickly mark as completed as different components are built out
