We are beginning to go over archives from Early 2013, as I recall there will be some eye opening information involving Rudy and the UMB database. This is when things were not looking to good for UMB during this period of time.
I openly discussed forming NukePiracy as a online and legal entity with him and the purpose of it and of other sites in the NP group. He was aware of information gathering happening behind the scenes at UploaderTalk.
We should have some of these logs published in the next few weeks to support the above.
My guess is it is all coming out with good timing.
