It's time to call the areas Prosecutors office gf. Age of consent has no bearing on the laws covering photos. And in most states that age of consent only applies if the guy is under a certain age. They can charge him with a multitude of other things besides statutory rape.

In alot of these cases they will keep it on the QT and if it turns out that they DO charge him, she will be shielded from the press due to her age. It's a faxt that these dirtbags tend to get worse each time they get 'away' with something. Whats next? A 13 yr old??
