It clearly isn't rape. If she were drunk or drugged and this happened, yes, definitely rape. From what I understood, she told some friends she was going to do it and had it all planned out. This wasn't the Duke Lacrosse team, and it wasn't rape. It was consensual sex with a lot of dudes.
