Come to Spain. It's dead cheap, nice weather and the police doesn't care that much if you have a worknig Visa or not, all you need is a internet connection. The rules are if you want to live here for longer than 3 months you have to become a resident here, I've been here almost 2 years and I'm still not a resident.
Also I know an illegal Argentinian immigrant that set up his own company here, so you can see how easy it is
