And opinion of person that is using insults without any reason isn't relevant for anyone. Just look at your posts and see how many times you were insulting me, without reason. Once I've put effort and spent my time to explain something that is obvious from the beginning (to a person with discutable intelligence) ,I need to respond to your stats and infantile logic.

So if you arrest enough people, that means you are doing everything fine and getting maximum from effort against crime, and that is enough? Then nazis were probably more advanced when putting all those people into concentration camps and taking their freedom, right? Amount of people in jail means nothing. Have you ever found time to check out some other prison systems, for example in Norway (let me save you time, Norway is in Europe that you mentioned above in negative context).

To make a conclusion:
Are Bloods and Crips black gangs? Yes they are but not exclusively and once again, I don not care are they blacks, latinos,or jews. Fact is that they are active and strong and that is what I've asked. Thousands or ogranized criminals are walking around.

My question is still the same (even if you do not understand it) is why strong country like US (with so many security services, brutal police,money,spy technology,possibility to project power worldwide) is not solving armed savages in urban areas.
