What I would like to know and understand why country like US isn't solving problems with gangs? I mean, so much crime, violence and problems can't be seen in most corrupted countries in the world. What is the explanation,why state simply arrest them,kill them,drop on deserted island, or something like that? Where is the trick?What people there think about this ?
