Do it like FIFA does it. By goal count.
In other words, you'd have already counted up how many games each of the tied players picked right, yes? Then if needed, just add up the goal count for say, the last 3 or 5 games each of them picked correctly. The one with the highest goal count gets that prize, and the other player then gets bumped down to the next lowest prize (if any).
