Only 9? Some analysts yesterday were saying it could be as high as 24. What a surprise that he's appealing. Little pricks like him always play the denial card.
This is his third confirmed offense. If it were up to me I would ban him for life. It's not like he's vital to the sport's survival. There are always a rising crop of new "stars" on the horizon.
