My money is on the 0 - 0 draw.
Germany will be happy to rest players, and still top the group with an easy played out draw.
USA will be more than happy to finish 2nd and not risk losing that place and going home.
So i think if it gets to half time 0 - 0, it's a sure thing they will NOT be making many attempts to change that 2nd half...
