I always wondered if it really happened that since Mallick stopped paying Elias back the money he owes him, then Elias in another email accused Mallick of living a "lavish lifestyle", saying that "all your friends are telling me about your lavish life".

So then Elias finds out Mallick is planning to close the company and disappear (the email is dated July 19th

), - so we can guess that the closing of ePass was NOT a sudden act, but was anticipated. -

Then Elias maybe empties what is left in epass to cover some interest mallick owes him? Remember the $12 Mil. is not just Elias money, but money Elias invested for other wealthy characters, so his ass is on the fire too.

And then maybe this is when St. kitty shuts them down.
