I was wondering if exist any "administration from the government" or any Institutions who control them (Law, Regulations & Related Acts.)
For example: associated with claims processing either from any surfer who can not cancel the rebills OR from any webmaster owner of a site who do NOT get pay from sales and rebills from a 3rd party processor.
