Not sure if you the person to talk to about this but here it goes:
Quite some months ago my account was blocked. My fault actually, i posted a service on it and i didn't know i couldn't do it.
Anyways, as a paying customer and since that was the only problem i ever had since i created my account, i was wondering if isn't there any chance of reactivating it on the obvious condition that something like that will never happen again (now that i know).
One person, likes the service, pays for it, does only 1 mistake and its totally banned loosing everything without a chance... kinda sucks :\
Can you help?
