Spanish style funnel cake 
 
Recipe Ingredients for Churros 
1/2	cups canola oil, 1 to 1 1/2 inches of oil in pan 
1	cup water 
1/2	cup butter 
1/4	teaspoon salt 
1	cup whole wheat flour 
3	eggs 
1/4	cup brown sugar 
1/4	teaspoon cinnamon 
Recipe Directions for Churros 
Heat water, butter & salt and bring to a boil. 
 
Stir in flour and mix well over heat until mix forms a ball and remove from heat. 
 
Beat egss until smooth and add to flour mixture and blend well. 
 
Heat oil in a pan to 360 F. 
 
Spoon mix into cake decorator's tube & squeeze 4" strips of dough into hot oil until golden brown, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side. 
 
Drain all cooked strips on paper towels, let cool and eat.
