I think she has every right to sue him. If he knew he had an STD and willfully exposed her to it he should get busted for it. As for suing a company, I guess that would depend. If they didn't have a current test for him or they knew there was a chance he was infected and still hired him, they should get sued as well. If they had no idea what was going on, then they should be left out of the matter, but I guess it will take a hearing at least to determine that.
