There is a limit of properties you can sell without a RE licence when do it as a vocation. Not as an incidental, sell your own house every few years.
That said, you can just pay a small commission to a licensed RE broker to handle a already set up transaction using his license. We used to have a licensed RE broker salaried in house to handle certain matters. Just like banks have employees that are notary publics.

As a leinholder that regains possession, you are always allowed to sell your collateral transferred to you from a voluntary "Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure" or a normal foreclosure.
