That's where the opportunity is for changing polluting behaviors. Won't be everyone though. Every time I walk down the streets of downtown Los Angeles, which is every day, I see people flick ciggarette butts onto the sidewalk/street. It doesn't matter which side of the politics those polluters fall on, anyone will have a hard time reasoning with a cigg smoking polluter.

While I can't stand people whom litter either, there is only so much you can do. For example I'm parked right now at the end of a street in Denver. There is a sign right behind me that says $750 dollar fine for dumping. Despite the risk of such a high fine, there is stuff dumped all over. People just don't care. The worst thing is there is a public landfill probably 5 miles from here.
I mean really Litter is something that really pisses me off because it's just pure laziness and really there is zero excuse for it. The worst is going to a national park and seeing plastic bottles thrown on the ground or other random trash, even with trash cans around. The sad fact is , that many people just don't give a dam unless it's in their back yard.
