I am very well acquainted with the 23, I take it from Moorpark to Fillmore every couple months.
When you get to Fillmore keep going across the 126 for 2 blocks there's a little taco shop I go to all the time called El Taco Llama, there's a few of them there in the valley including the one I always went to when I lived in Encino 20+ years ago, it's at the corner of Balboa and Sherman Raceway next to the 7-11, down-home south of the border fast food, you used to be able to get cow brain tacos there before mad cow disease came along
You can still get the cow tongue tacos
(why do all my bike rides end in food?)
