Was it listed for sale at SnapNames before going into Redemption?

Until the domains actually drop, you haven't lost them yet. You should get ahold of Bonnie Wittenburg at Moniker and force Moniker to eat the Redemption fees since it is clearly their mistake.
well the whole thing was a mess. with one domain, it looks like it went into redemption before i renewed it. however i paid to renew it and when i checked a few days later, it said it was in redemption since a couple of days before i paid for the renewal. i'm not sure why i was allowed to renew it if this was the case.

the other domain was an even bigger mess..this one i never actually renewed because there was no way to renew. while all other domains have the option of renew at expiry/immediately, etc this one just had a blank space where that would be. the expiration date listed was also wrong but it wasn't in redemption or anything. i submitted a ticket about this a week or two ago but no reply and then it went into redemption.

the last one, i paid for renewal but is not showing up as renewed at the registry. its not in redemption yet so if i don't hear from them soon i guess i will have to call if i don't want to lose that one too... though i still could anyways since calling seems to accomplish very little aside from 'escalating' the tickets.
