You really should seek approval in Canada, because I can't speak to other countries but here there are actually some stringent guidelines for these kinds of products. There actually has to be some proven evidence that they do what they say they do.
I'm not down on herbal treatments and remedies, much of it isn't snakeoil, some of it works well for a certain level of
relief from certain ailments. It doesn't always work for everyone though, but then again even the highest end prescription medicines don't "always work for everyone" either.
But seek approval in Canada. If you get it, that would go a long way to lending legitimacy to your product line.
