I tried to be ironic the first time I mentioned shaving (best is to never talk of it as a program, but I can't resist the fun to talk of it). A guy didn't got the humor, then I been ironic at his answer, which was meant to confuse. It is especially funny that in GFY you can joke about anything (racism, poo, handicaps, sex), except shaving, the real taboo there. Joking about shaving in GFY is as controversial as joking about Muhammad in a taliban mosque.
