That must have been a blast. Nothing better than your team winning the cup on home ice.
I know from experience, as I was in the arena a few times back in the 70's when the Jets won the WHA's Avco Cup. The only problem was i was too young to properly enjoy it.
I bet there was some celebrating in LA. Possibly some 'californicating' as well?
