I don't get people. I honestly believe that some people just get utterly fucking stupid when it comes to politics.
One of my friends told me he's planning on moving from California to Washington because "Obama is going to take away his guns". He's been in office for six years and it hasn't happened, and I'm not sure why he thinks a federal law wouldn't affect people in Washington.
Obama was elected President. At the end of the day, what really changed? Fucking nothing. Presidents come and go, and what really changes? What changed from Reagan to Bush to Clinton To Bush to Obama? Unless we get someone like Nixon it really doesn't make much of a difference.
