It was too late before the first porn tube ever went live. It was too late when YouTube showed the world that the business model was viable and it was too late for years when everyone was crying about tubes. How many people actually left the industry out of disgust?
Also, everyone saying they make $35,000,000 per year based on current traffic counts are forgetting one very important thing. Their webcam signups. You can guarantee a lot of these are on revshare and they receive more and more income from their ever growing userbase of millions of referred cam customers. They have been doing this for years and it has paid off big time.
