Mr Adrian Cuda

I am bit surprised and amazed at the way one of the sales executive spoke to
me in regards to my sales request.

Well first on Tuesday I did speak to one sales executive person by Named Mr.
Joe and explained him all the details. In particular I also mentioned that
as an initial phase I may need some 500PCs and then once the deal goes
through I will start placing orders.

The quantity per year will be easily Close to 10,000 Units and that is
minimum. I can increase the quantity.

What I am looking now is a good supplier who can provide me good reliable
service and at the same time try to match the budget.

I also agree that as a buyer, my target price will be low,but then if one
agrees in some sort of agreement, then the relationship based pricing will
always be subject to good understanding and good faith.

The price will become primary for both parties but then either parties will
start working for a common goal.

Mr. Joe was quite receptive and informative and informed that he will pass
on the information to export sales.

Well On thirsday I receive a call from one more sales personnel and right
from the start the tone was not good. Secondly I was asked to re-explain the
whole concept. Well I don't mind to do it, but the nature and the manners in
which it was asked was really rude.

Okay finally the pricing that was mentioned was way above the price that I
was getting in Singapore.

I did mention him the same and for jolly reason, the response was rude.

Well I can understand the reason u r sales personnel rudeness, but then the
customer is a customer. His demands are always high and as a sales
personnel, one has to try and get a way to meet the demands of the customer.
Find out what the customer is in need and how to address to close the deal.

I am surprised at the behaviour. Well arrogance is good and is essential for
any sales personnel, but rudeness is last thing a sales personnel should
have.

As a matter of fact I do know the Australian Environment. I lived in
Australia for three years and In my previous job as a Asia Pacific Regional
Manager Australia was as a part of my responsiblity.

So working in Australia or dealing with Australians is not new to me. But
this is first time I was taken a back by the nature of response.

I wish the best of luck for your business and hope that in future your sales
personnel does not piss the customers around

Regards

blabla
