Well, we ordered a custom-shot exclusive scene, so perhaps he bit off more than he could chew in promising it.
Maybe buying their 10,000,000,000 bazillion-licensed bulk crap scenes for $10 might be a different story.
Still, the lack of responsiveness should be a troubling sign no matter what you are ordering.
A professional, well-run outfit you want to do business with will always respond to their paying customers.....and definitely won't ignore them for a week+.
Honesty and forthrightness are always the best policy, even if the news is bad. Ok, you can't deliver on the content you promised? No problem. Own up to that, communicate with your client and return the money paid. That's just how good business is done.
