Well, with that perception any porn you go to will make you need to reformat your hard-drive.
Regardless, if you shorten a link with an interstitial ad then you will get an advertisement in a frame and wait 5 seconds. Then when you click "Skip Ad" you will get to the website you entered. If you use a Top Banner ad when shortening a link then it will frame the website you entered with a banner at the top.
By the way thank you for reporting that.. I have taken down the advertiser that was frame breaking.
