How do you mean ?
Countries make decisions all the time which affect other countries, whether it's financial, or other.
A vote for independence can only lie at one countries door, and one only.
For the record, i don't think there's any chance it will happen anyway. And of course, it comes with huge risks. But the way i see it, it's a simple question we are voting for, "should you be independent ?". Who in the world would say no to that?
I couldn't even imagine ticking the "No" box to be honest...
