I'm from Brevard county and I've had to do jury duty there.

One of the funnest things I've ever seen, the judge gave us all a break so we all went outside. Myself and some of the other prospect jurors were standing near a payphone and this guy was talking on it.

This dude looked like he was hung over from the right before, his tie was crooked, suit looked a mess and hair was messy.

The guy was talking to someone and says.. "I can't do anything, every time I speak the judge yells at me"

We all kind looked at each other and said "guilty" as we assumed this guy was one of the people on trial.. Turns out he was a lawyer..

Another funny thing that happened, while they were interviewing each of us, one guy says I'm a racist attempting to get out of jury duty. The judge literally crucified him in front of us and made a example out of him.. Not a single person after that tried to use some lame excuse to get out of jury duty.. lol

I will bet you anything this was the same judge. It's been 15 years ago, so no way I can remember, but sure as hell sounds like him.
