Sometimes the "pretty" 2014-style hip cool pretty join forms do not convert as well. That's all I was trying to say. And no, my forms are 'simple' but they are my own custom design and no one else has them. They are not the CCBill standard forms.

sorry - just had a quick look and to me it looked similar to their regular join forms, I apologize...
i am surely not looking for anything fancy, i just want something that matches my site a bit better and fits better in size. Yet still simple and "serious".
