With the cost of employer paid FICA, Workmen's Comp insurance, State unemployment compensation levies, and any health and welfare benefits, these are all W-2 statutory employer paid costs: the minimum annual employment cost is 15% to 30% more than the employee's wage.
This is good news for robot manufactures -- they are more cost competitive.
