any amateur bodybuilder can shed that much water weight inside a week no less 4.. its an illusion. You hit up a loading phase for 3-4 weeks then cut out sugars and carbs for a couple of weeks and you lean back up--even without a lot of cardio. Not when it's boiled super slow for 3 hours with olive oil, and seasoned a little afterwards. Moist and delicious.
But what you described is one way to do it.
