Doesn't spike GH, or give you the afterburn effect -- and it takes 5 times longer. If people would do some research on their fitness, instead of doing the same shit they learned years ago they'd get in shape quicker.
When I tell my fat brother in law that I only do 10 minute cardio session about 3 or 4 times a week, he looks at me like I have two heads. This is while we're both standing around at a pool with our shirts off, so it's not like he can't see the proof. But he's so brainwashed and set in his ways he'll never try HIIT. And he does Weight Watchers also, so that tells you everything. That dumb program still thinks a calorie is a calorie.
