Well, so far we've learned that you were driving, after a week of heavy partying, while talking on your cell phone...

I hate people who talk on the phone while driving. Nobody can tell me that it doesnt influence your attention, thats BS.

If it wasnt for the phone, you might have noticed her on the side of the road, BEFORE she walked in the way.

Hell, it might be true that the person behind you would have hitted her anyway.... but wouldnt that be a whole lot better?
